Stiver Jr. (Merritt Island, Florida), born in Alexandria, Louisiana, who passed away on March 31, 2019, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Phyllis; his children, Carri F. Grady (James) of Viera, FL and Sarah C. Stiver of Alpharetta, GA; and his grandchildren, Katherine E. Banks-Smith (Travis) and Matthew D. Banks.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
