It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Danny Eugene Cook (Merritt Island, Florida), born in Memphis, Tennessee, who passed away on October 18, 2024, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frances Cook and Dan Cook; and his wife Glenda Cook. He is survived by: his siblings, Tim Cook of Eads, TN, Deborah Chambers of Millington, TN and Connie Cook of Millington, TN; the mother of his children Katie Griffin of Horn Lake, MS; his close friend Barbara Kouns Hammond; and his children, Cyndi Rushing of Olive Branch, MS, Teresa Arquitt of Horn Lake, MS, Angela Blackburn (Vince) of Texarkana, AR, Pamela Lindsley of Collierville, TN and Samantha Hooker (Dave) of Horn Lake, MS. He is also survived by nieces, nephew's and great grandchildren.
