She was predeceased by: her father Charles Hart (Cecil Hart); her siblings, Ronald Hart and Carolyn Hart; and her husband George Novak. She is survived by: her children, Justine Sullivan (Bill), Angela Jones (Jeff) and Jerry Kingsley, Jr. (Robin); and her sisters, Jeanette Schultz, Dawn Wayman (Bill), Patricia Hart, Jennifer Hart (Jim), Kathleen Carey (Patrick) and Colleen Nabinger (Jim). She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren (2 on the way), and many cousins, nieces and nephews.
