He was predeceased by: his parents, Sidney Barter and Pearl Gretchen Barter. He is survived by: his wife Judith Ann Barter; his children, Pamela A. Prather (David) and Michael D. Barter; his grandchildren, Ryan, Travis, Lindsey, Evan and Bailey; and his great grandchildren, Nolan, Holden and Waylon.
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, September 22nd 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Island Cremations (405 S Courtenay Pkwy, Merritt Island, FL 32952).
