He is survived by: his parents, Gary Blackburn and Patricia Blackburn; his wife Eileen Blackburn (Kahle); his children, Brady Blackburn, Kyler Brake, Madison Brake, Briana Brake and Kailee Palmer (Jacob); his granddaughters, Rhylee, Ella and Ivey Palmer; his sisters, Jessica Martinez (Sam) and Julie Koons (Mike); and his nieces and nephews, Emma Flay (Tim), Adyson Martinez, Jake Koons and Bronson Martinez.
