He is survived by: his wife Betsy; his children, David Allen (Brandy) and Leigh Sims (Charlie); his grandchildren, Brandon Lenwai, Sarah Rifa (Alex), Noah Lenwai (Nishaly), Nathan Lenwai, William Allen, Emma Allen and Nicholas Sims; and his sister Alice Spong. He is also survived by extended family; and a legion of friends.
