He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell W. Watson and Rosa Lee Gaff Watson; his siblings, Doris, Archie, Jewel, Mary, Herman and Thurman; and his stepson Frank.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Thomas Watson; his son Kenneth (Karen); his stepdaughter Cindy; his brother Russell; his sister-in-law Carol; his niece Jennifer; and his grandsons, Ron, Shawn and Ken. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
