She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd L. Williams and Mildred K. Williams; and her brother Lloyd Williams. She is survived by: her husband James G. Winter; her children, Glenn Winter (Vicki), Stephanie Gordon and Teresa Pugh (Keith); her brother Earl Williams (Betty); and her sister-in-law Jeannette Williams. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, twenty-eight great grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
