He was predeceased by: his parents, James E. West and Ruth West (Emery). He is survived by: his wife Suann West (Miller) of Melrose; his daughter Roxane West Smith (Tom) of St. Augustine; and his sister Catherine Becker (Jerry) of Keystone Heights.
