He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Ann Middleton; his stepsons, Bryan Williams and Jerome Williams, Jr.; his grandson Kian Williams; his goddaughters, Kia Robbin and Raviona Carter; his siblings, Leonard Spann, Jr., Johnell Smith, Sr. (Develyn), Billy Middleton, Melvin Middleton, Sr., Kerry Donley (Walter) and Willie Mae Davis (Henry); his aunts and uncles, Carrie O'Neal, Teresa O'Neal, Billie Williams, Doris Robinson, Edna Allen, Vanessa Williams, Mary Brown, Ceasar Williams, Charles Brown, Jr. and Malachi Jenkins, Sr.; his parents-in-law, Silas Jenkins, Sr. and Clementine White; his siblings-in-law, Daphne Williams, Melissha Mckenzie (Aurbey), Silas Jenkins, Jr. and Alvin Jenkins; and his cousin Ann Nelson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
