He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Eubanks and Maggie Eubanks (Woods). He is survived by: his wife Linda Eubanks (Moon); his children, Sarah Eubanks of Melrose and Zac Eubanks (Sara) of Melrose; his siblings, Ann Cochran of Thomasville, Joseph Eubanks Chesson of Jupiter, Jerry Heartline of Clewiston and Tommy Ray Eubanks of Silver Springs; and his granddaughter Ezlyn Rae Eubanks.
