He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Duvall and Ann Duvall. He is survived by: his wife Rebekah Duvall; his daughter Elizabeth Ann Duvall Sims (Cody); his stepson Chris White; and his grandchildren, Aspen and Ian.
