It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Edward Pelham (Melrose, Florida), who passed away on April 26, 2019, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Arthur Pelham and Annie Mae Pelham of Melrose; his wife Omia Pelham; his children, Constance Pelham, Jeremiah Pelham, Tony Walton and Tonya Walton (Twine); and his siblings, Edgar Pelham, Solomon Pelham, Randy Pelham, Gregory Pelham, Lettie Pelham and Frances Pelham.
