He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Flamm Kellum; his sisters, Janice Collins and Geraldine Humphrey; his children, William Kellum, Jr (Bill), John Persing (Kelly) and Steven Kellum (Victoria); and his grandchildren, Taylor Cooper (Alex), Ashlynn Persing and Aiden Persing.

In lieu of flowers, the family request that donations be made to Bethany Christian School, 1100 Dorchester Ave, Melbourne, FL 32904 in his name.
