It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wilburn Steven Rice (Melbourne, Florida), born in Datto, Arkansas, who passed away on October 28, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewey "Wid" Rice and Nova Rice (Stevens); and his daughter Sandra Jo Rice-Fowler. He is survived by: his granddaughter Melissa Mae Hanes (Clint); his great grandchildren, Joseph Baca, Alexis Baca and Hailey Sipe; his daughter Lisa McDowell; his former wife Bonnie Rice; and his stepchildren, Jason Hicks and Holly Trepka (Anthony).
