She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Plymale and Winona Plymale; her husband James Givens; her brother Jackie; her siblings-in-law, Janet Plymale and Sam Kilgore; and her daughter-in-law Wanda Givens.

She is survived by: her sons, Mike Givens (Lynn), Doug Givens of Melbourne Florida and David Givens (Mary); and her grandchildren, Michael Givens (Toni), Kim Givens (Jennifer), Chris Givens, Melanie Johnson (Terrence) of Melbourne Florida and Nicole Hudson (Eric). She is also survived by seven great grandchildren, seven great great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers donations in her name may be made to Hospice.
