He was predeceased by: his sister Dorothy Gannon (Dot) of Cincinnati, OH; his son-in-law Carl Cowart of Melbourne; and his parents, Ernest Rose and Alice Sharpe. He is survived by: his wife Mary Rose (Fisher); his children, Theresa Trent, Alyce Higginbotham (Jeff), Diana Cowart of Melbourne, Thomas F. Rose, Jr. (Maggie) of Portsmouth, VA and John Rose (Allan) of Melbourne; and his stepmother Bobbie. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
