He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Thomas Nelligan and Carolyn Nelligan; his former spouse Leneve Marie Smith; his wife Sonya Darba; his sister Carolanne; and his children, Michael, Thomas, James, Ryan, Robert, Kathleen and Kelly. He was also cherished by twelve grandchildren, twenty great grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.
