He is survived by: his wife Frances "Fran" M. Baker of Rockledge, FL; his sons, Kurtis Silas Baker (Patricia S.) of Plainsboro, NJ and Barry Kenneth Baker (Tamela M.) of Melbourne, FL; his granddaughters, Katelyn Marie Baker, Hannah June Baker and Abigail Marie Baker; his stepchildren, Stephanie P. Cotterill (Steven) of Charles Town, WV, Mary K. Burns of Malibu, CA and John P. Burns, III (Elizabeth C.) of Charles Town, WV; and his stepgrandchildren, Ellie Porter, Lucy Porter Cotterill, John Porter Burns, IV, Helena Grace Burns and Locke Wilson Burns.
