She was predeceased by: her father Miguel A. Diaz; and her grandparents, Sahara, Miguel Diaz, Maria and Tomas Barreto.

She is survived by: her mother Hilda Barreto; her spouse Rogan Diaz-McKenzie; her son Maighread Diaz-McKenzie; her brother Miguel (Mickey); her nieces, Maria Luisa (Mayssa), Elena and Patricia (Stiles); her brother Jose (Pepo); her brothers-in-law, Ray McKenzie (Liz) and Michael Butler (Liz); her nephew Jordan Moffitt; her nieces, Emily Moffitt, Liberty Ann Butler and Izzy Butler; her mother-in-law Barbara Butler; her aunts, Gloria Franceschini, Ernestina Barreto (Nego) and Maria (Pilar Diaz); and also Ethan. She is also survived by cousins and other family members.
