She was predeceased by: her husband William Cherry; and her siblings, Lola Jean Reed and Allan Reed. She is survived by: her children, Anna Cherry (Stephen Sutten) and David Cherry (Rebecca); her grandson Andrew Cherry (Kathy Moriarty); and her great grandchildren, Alden and Eben.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Holy Trinity Episcopal Church Foundation of Holy Trinity Episcopal Church, Melbourne Florida are suggested.
