It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rodolph Franklin Belcher (Melbourne, Florida), born in Fort Meade, Florida, who passed away on January 1, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Willy Belcher and Ida Belcher; and his siblings, Jim, Ralph, Earl, Wilma and Joyce.
He is survived by: his wife Colleen Belcher; his sons, Robert (Michelle), Bill, Ron (Heidi) and Richard (Kay); and his stepsons, David (Amy) and Jeremy (Gina). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
