He was predeceased by: his parents, Marshall A. Jay and Evelyn Jay (Owens); and his son Michael. He is survived by: his wife Donna Jay (Moyer) of Melbourne, FL; his children, Jeffrey Jay (Julie) and Jennifer Henderson of Melbourne, FL; his sisters, Patricia Rodgers of Clearfield, PA and Marsha McCracken (Melvin) of Clearfield, PA; and his cousin Kenneth Jay (Clare) of Vero Beach, FL.. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, seven great-grandsons and numerous nieces and nephews.
The family suggests in lieu of flowers that donations be made to one of the following: Indian River United Methodist Church of Titusville at 1355 Cheney Hwy Titusville, FL 32780. SPCA of Brevard at 6035 Sisson Rd Titusville, FL 32780 or any animal rescue charity of their choice.
