Karlavage in Melbourne, Florida, born in Shenandoah, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 15, 2020, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Stanczyk and Eleanor Stanczyk (Nedinsky); and her siblings, Dennis Stanczyk and Theresa Santella. She is survived by: her children, Michele Karlavage, Chad Karlavage and Terry Karlavage; her boyfriend Paul Leger; her grandchildren, Daishon, Kennedy and Lexus; and her siblings, Lisa Breznik, Susan Schegan and John Stanczyk. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
