It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Delano Rice (Melbourne, Florida), who passed away on March 29, 2019, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James French and Laura Rice (Hutchinson). He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his children, Bill Hawkins (Leslie) and Tracy Carol Hawkins; his brother Don Rice; and his grandchildren, Abigail and William Hawkins.
