“Rusty was a bike angel - he led by serving others and still kept a strong leadership presence. He was sensitive to cyclists of all levels - esp the less experienced. His wife was always 'on-call' as his roving SAG support when he rode. He touched many lives - ours personally when we were in a cycling accident and he escorted us home one morning. He will live on in our hearts and memories and I'm quite confident ours is one of many, many, stories. - John and Jerri Doctor”
