We are sad to announce that on December 17, 2021, at the age of 93, Phyllis D. Constantino (Melbourne, Florida), born in Providence, Rhode Island passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Josephine Rainone and Joseph Rainone of Providence; her siblings, Marie Calabro, Anna Rainone, Joseph Rainone, Margaret DeSimone, Fred Rainone and Angie DeLucia; her granddaughter Anna Lynn Constantino; and her husband Louis.
She is survived by: her sons, Kenneth (Maria Thomas) and Ronald Constantino of Melbourne, Florida.; her daughter-in-law Maria Constantino; her grandsons, Matthew Constantino and Jordan Constantino; and her great grandchildren, Bella Constantino, Lucy Constantino and Evie Constantino. She is also survived by one of five sisters and two brothers.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Cancer Association.
