He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth and Betty (Carpenter); and his brother Steve. He is survived by: his wife Vickie (Hall); his children, Cassandra (Matt Stearns), Stacy Segura and Chad Puterbaugh (Becky); and his siblings, Denzel Shuler (Debbie), Pam McKibben and Cathy Milhorn (Mike). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren.
