He was predeceased by: his father Robert H. Bernin. He is survived by: his mother Carole D. Bernin; his wife Karen G. Bernin of West Melbourne, Florida; and his children, Phillip A. Bernin, Jr. (Sandi), Michael C. Bernin, Michelle J. Rose (Curtis), Lisa L. Livesay, Barbra A. Muller (Pete) and Amber N. Bernin. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
