She was predeceased by: her son Joe; and her sister Marie Isley Williams. She is survived by: her niece Kathy Hegarty; her great-niece Katherine Aragon (Gabriel); and also, Gabriel, Marisa, Christopher, Carmen (Wesley Peck), Luna, Raymond, Phoenix and Novalie.

On February 13, 2024, Peggy Andrews Ashley went home to Heaven at age 90 after a long battle against Alzheimer's.
