She is survived by: her husband Joe Slavik; her children, Keith Miller (Sandy) and Valerie Van Nus; her stepchildren, Joe Slavik and Tricia Slavik; her grandchildren, Matthew Neal, Alicia Neal, Hollie Miller, Bronte Wilhelm and Colden Wilhelm; her great grandchildren, Cooper and Harper Grace Boyles; and her sister Jo Ann Sargent. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews.
