She was predeceased by: her parents, Zabriel Edwards and Irene Edwards; her husband Cecil; and her siblings, Roy, Curtis and Lou Janney.

She is survived by: her sister Nadine Baker of Jacksonville, Florida; her son Jim (Janet Ward); her grandson Kevin (Natalie Ward); her great grandchildren, Jake, Avery and Kate; her grandson Jeff (Leigh Ann Ward); her great grandchildren, Kaelyn and Heath; her daughter Trisha (Dan Nicholson); and her grandson Ryan. She is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
