He is survived by: his wife Linda; his daughters, Angela Tickle (Chris Tickle), Teresa Schultz and Christina Smallwood; his grandchildren, Kody, Devin, Brant, Lucas, Savannah and Austin; and his brothers, Ronald (Suzi) and Richard (Donna).
