He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Henry G. Wiegenstein and Majorie Burgess Mills; his children, Michelle Welch and Lawrence Welch; his stepson David Welch of Melbourne; his sister Tina Wiegenstein Scarborough; his brother-in-law Mike of Ocala, Florida; his sister Amy Wiegenstein; his sister-in-law Cindy of Valdosta, Georgia; his siblings, David Wiegenstein of Carson City, Nevada and Judi Mills of Hinesville, Georgia; and his stepson Michael Welch of Fall River. He was also cherished by cousins, nieces and nephews.
