It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Max Deus of Melbourne, Florida, born in Binghamton, New York, who passed away on September 5, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Max Deus and Theresa Deus; his son-in-law James Takacs; and his close friends, Pierre, Heidi, Billy, Gretchen and Maggie.

He is survived by: his wife Mary Lynn; his stepchildren, Alison Marie Takacs of Tennessee and Edward Frank Kaminski (Rebecca) of Georgia; his granddaughter Christine Caston (T. C.); his great grandchildren, Trinten, Clayton and Annalise; his granddaughters, Elizabeth Bonnani (Blake) and Katie Kaminski (Benjamin Eulenfeld); his great grandchildren, Max Kaminski of Georgia, Rosemary Takacs and Grace Takacs of Tennessee; his sister-in-law Cynthia Simoni of Pittsburgh; and his pet Sasha.
