She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Henry E. Burns, Jr., Barbara (Jerry D. Smith), Lois (Mark Kipp), Mary and Jeffery Burns (Shawn); her grandchildren, Cory, Jennifer, Jason, Samantha, Haley and Kaitlyn; her great grandchildren, Zachary, Grayson, John Henry, Daniel, Reilly, Layla Jo and Izzy; her parents, Frederick Schray and Magdalen Schray; her siblings, Delores, Martin, John, Rose and Francis; and her husband Henry Edward Burns, Sr..

Although Mary was new to the Melbourne area, she was a regular parishioner at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Community; where a memorial Mass will be held at 11:00am, Monday, September 21, 2020. (In lieu of flowers, please send a donation to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society in the name of Mary P. Burns).
