It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Madge Wynelle Keen Phillips of Melbourne, Florida, who passed away on February 6, 2024, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Dewey Keen of Sylvester, GA. and Carolee Barbee Keen of Sylvester, GA.; her brother Donald Weaver Dixon; her half-brother William Mervin Keen; and her daughter Christina Powell Bruce (Tom).

She is survived by: her former husband Fred Pasco Powell, Jr.; her children, Fred Pasco Powell III (Sharon) and Cynthia Carol Powell (Philip); her husband Howard Leon Phillips of Tallapoosa, GA; her grandchildren, Cori Bruce (Kris Chandler), Leslie Bruce Murphy (John), Nicolas S. Morales (Charlene), Lindsay M. Bannister (Josh), Deborah Anice Pittman (Andrew), Alexandra P. McAndrews (Danny) and Alana P. Gerard; and also, Amelia, Tommy Murphy, Madison, Jackson Bannister, Jonah Mateo, Nicomyah, Maikah, Kainoah Morales, Savannah and Emily "Emmy" McAndrews. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
