He was predeceased by: his parents, Minnie B. Harper Miller and John F. Miller; and his siblings, Robert Miller, Theda Miller Cate and Juanita Miller Lynch.

He is survived by: his wife Eleanor; his children, Lowell Mark Miller, Jennifer Miller Rider, Timothy L. Miller and Martin S. Miller; and his children-in-law, James Rider and Laurie Freeman.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Diabetes Association or charity of your choice.
