He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ann Failla (Eberhardt); his sons, Richard of Shelton, Douglas (Lesa) of Columbia and Glen of Portland, Oregon; his grandchildren, Matthew and Megan; his great grandchildren, Lucy and Sophie; and his siblings, Ann and Paul. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, friends.
