With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Leroy L. Compson (Melbourne, Florida), born in Lyons, New York, who passed away on January 30, 2020 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Leroy Compson and Ella Compson; his wife Agnes F. Hicks of Bennington, VT; his son Loren (Joyce); his grandchildren, Keith Compson (Rebecca) of Cary, NC, Christopher Compson (Rebecca) of Pittsford, NY and Maria Whitney (Brian) of Glens Falls, NY; and his friend Reverend Sandy Hill (Bob) of Merritt Island, FL.. He was also cherished by six great grandchildren.

Memorial donations in Leroy's memory may be made to Vitas Hospice Care, 4450 W. Eau Gallie Blvd, Melbourne, FL 32934 or the Presbyterian Church of the Good Shepherd, Florida Ave., Melbourne, FL 32901.
