He is survived by: his children, Theresa Graves (Lester), Sheila Cook (Radell), Nicki Wallace (Timmy), Joe II Skeen (Amanda) and Greg Skeen; and his siblings, Roger Mooney, John Fischer, Dave Boyles, Rob Warner, Mike Griffith, Rose Thevenin, Kathi Thaxton, Becky Dalton and Luanna Horn. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 37 great grandchildren.
