He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Leon Speigner and Jewell Speigner; his wife Carolyn (Cline); and his sons, Robert (Marlyn), Richard, Roy and Thomas (Krista). He was also cherished by 2 brothers and 1 sister, nine Grandchildren and 1 Great Grandson.
