It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joe Frank Higdon (Melbourne, Florida), born in Savannah, Georgia, who passed away on January 21, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Samuel Sawyer Higdon and Belle Hughes Higdon; his sons, Blair Higdon and Cory Miller; his wife June Milton; his children, Brad Higdon, Susan Higdon Moore, Karen Vickers (Buddy) and Margaret Spadafora; and his grandchildren, Alexa Moore, Danielle Duchaine, Kristen Duchaine, David Sean Case (Michelle) and Tiffany Case.
