She was predeceased by: her husband Stan; her parents, Lewis Underwood and Edna Underwood; and her brother Paul Underwood. She is survived by: her daughter Beth Dombek; her son-in-law Timothy; her grandson Jonathan of Glendale, AZ; and her caregiver Lory Bittner of Melbourne, FL. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
