He is survived by: his wife Patricia A. Neel (Morison); his children, Angela Brewer (Tracy Brewer), Melanie Schrader and Chris Neel (Lyndsey Neel); his sisters, Pam Garringer (Scott) of Arkansas and Mary Salazar of Arkansas; his grandchildren, Nicholas Blythe, Jeremy Vander, Lauren Blythe, Alexis Vander, Abigail Blythe, Alexis Patterson, Alaina Neel and Adelyn Neel; and his great grandchild Amelia Blythe. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
