He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert C. Potter and Frances Felice. He is survived by: his siblings, Delores Perz (Roger Perz), Robert Potter (Paulette Potter), Arline Mattfeld (Dennis Bannon) and Gertrude Frasier (late Leonard Frasier); his wife Patricia Ann Phalon Potter; his daughters, Tara Ann Potter (Sally Friar) and Amanda Frances McCabe (Riley McCabe); and his granddaughters, Ramona Potter Kenyon, Alexandra Frances McCabe and Anne Kathryn McCabe. He is also survived by his siblings, several nieces and nephews, and dear friends.
