He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Fuller and Regina Fuller (Hannon); his wife Marie H. Fuller (Callahan); his daughter Helena Fuller; and his siblings, Harold Fuller, Nancy Fuller (Robbins), John Fuller and Frank Fuller.
He is survived by: his children, Martin F. Fuller of West Roxbury, Mass., Marie L. Power (Fuller) of Boston, Mass., Eugene J. Fuller Jr. (Leah) of Melbourne, Fla., John E. Fuller (Kim) of Yardley, Joseph M. Fuller (Courtnay) of Manassas, Eric T. Fuller (Charlene) of Satellite Beach, Fla. and Joyce A. Fuller of Beaverton. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
