She is survived by: her husband Harry; her brother Ron Cook (Barbara); her nieces and nephews, Christine Maher (Kevin), Maureen Wesoly (Barry), Nancy Cook, Lisa Miller (Greg), Brian Cook (Stefanie) and Eric Cook (Kelly); her brother Thomas Cook; and her sister-in-law Mary Anne Cook.
