He is survived by: his wife Vicki; his daughters, Tara Lock and Laura Burger (David); his father Ron; his siblings, Vicky Bushman and Ronald; and also, Sandi Luedtke (Richard), Jackie Miles (Bob), Barbara Stoffel-Emde (Ron Emde), Lori Lee and Jim Launderville. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
