As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Diane may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her husband Lloyd George Brown Jr.; and her great grandchild Augustus Lee Brown. She is survived by: her sons, Daniel "Nunu" Brown (Pam) of Canton, Hugh Ryan Brown of Melbourne, FL, William Anthony Brown (Michelle), Jonathan Michael "Buzzy" Brown (Kelly) and Robert Thorpe Brown (Tavish) of Bryson City; her brother Mike "Yogi" McElreath of Swannanoa; and her nephews, Rok and Hawk McElreath of Swannanoa. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, and one great grandchild.
